Suzanne's 6-week beginner Pilates class has been fantastic! The small group has given us all the chance to get the movements and techniques right from the start. Suzanne creates a fun, relaxed vibe while keeping us challenged. I'm already feeling stronger and less stiff—definitely signing up for more!
